Description
We’ve reached the Funky Corners bicentennial on WCDB FM! Not only is it show #200, it’s our first show of the New Year. To go forward sometimes you need to go back, right? We keep it tight to the roots of Funky Corners, and play strictly (for the most part) Golden Era music for the full two hours.
Selections include: 2Pac, Beastie Boys, Black Moon, Biz Markie, Boogie Down Productions, Boogie Monsters, Cash Money & Marvelous, Channel Live, Da Phlayva, Doug E. Fresh & The Get Fresh Crew, Fat Boys, Gang Starr, House Of Pain, Ice Cube, Kool G. Rap, LL Cool J, Lords Of The Underground, The Nonce, O.G. Style, Public Enemy, Raw Fusion, Run-D.M.C., Scarface, Showbiz & A.G., Smoothe Da Hustler, Special Ed, and Slick Rick.
