Description
For the first time in some time, we crack the 100 BPM barrier on Funky Corners. Mostly late 80s-early 90s hip hop, but also included is a gritty set of soundtrack-worthy funk.
We ooze out the funk for the Crate Highlight, featuring artists that sampled “Son Of Slide,” as recorded by Slade. Watch out for Vanilla Ice!
Selections include: BoomBaptist, Frankie Cutlass, Fred Williams & The Jewels Band, The Incredible Funk League, Leaders Of The New School, Lords Of The Underground, Main Source, Keith Mansfield, The Microphone Prince, Prince Paul, Busta Rhymes, Steady B, Visioneers, and Blue Monk.
