Description
Possibly due to a hangover from last week, Show #139 also contains a larger-than-normal quantity of beat instrumentals. We also throw in a bit of underground rap, and of course all the customary Funky Corners goodies.
We feature 9th Creation’s “Bubble Gum” for all the chewers and poppers out there, halfway through the program.
Selections include: 3rd Bass, Artifacts, De La Soul, Das EFX, Eric B. & Rakim, DJ Chong Wizard, DJ Vladim, Dopehead, Fat Larry’s Band, Fu-Schnickens, Myke Forte, J-Live, Kool Moe Dee, KRS-One, Jimmy Mc Griff, The Meters, Moka Only, Presto, Superlatives, Joe Tex, Armand Van Helden, and 24-Carat Black.
