Description
Marty the One-Man Party & Jordan Hill are once again on the set in Show #121. It’s Mother’s Day weekend 2014, and unfortunately the only thing T_Wheels has prepped for the occasion is a reserve of yo’ mama jokes. The One-Man Party jumps on the wheels for a scratch-mix set, and Jordan again blesses the mic with his lyrics of fury.
The Crate Highlight features samples of a song that’s a cover of an earlier song. We’re talkin’ “While My Guitar Gently Weeps” by Jimmy Ponder.
Selections include: Blockhead, D-Nice, Lee Fields, Ghostface Killah, Grand Daddy I.U., Eddie Hazel, Kool & The Gang, KRS-One, Lords Of The Underground, Main Source, The Pharcyde, Run-D.M.C., Armand Van Helden, and Brian Bennett.
