Description
Not that there is a “typical” Funky Corners show, but Show #115 might be a pseudo-prototype. The program features artsy hip hop, 90s grit, heavy funk, poppin’ jazz, beats, plus a touch of Upstate NY in the mix.
Bob James is back! We serve up “Storm King” and drop some tracks that chopped it up, in the Crate Highlight department.
Selections include: Keb Darge, De La Soul, Dilated Peoples, Emperor Penguin, Fatlip, Gang Starr, Group Home, Head Band, Lootpack, Lord Finesse & DJ Mike Smooth, The Lost Souls, Lucas, Nice & Smooth, Trends Of Culture, and The Cenobites.
