Description
Show #112 starts precariously, primarily due to T_Wheels fracturing a needle during a Run-D.M.C. track. Fortunately, it’s a quick recovery and we’re back to the usual Funky Corners funky business. The Revolution Radio/Funky Corners mashup continues, as Jordan Hill returns to rap a bit, both literally and figuratively.
We deliver a West Coast favorite for the Crate Highlight of the show; “Get Up To Get Down” by Brass Construction.
Selections include: Big Pun, Chi-Ali, Cypress Hill, Diamond D & The Psychotic Neurotics, JB AKA Dirty Moses, King Hector & The Soul Dynamites, Nice & Smooth, Joe Quartermain, Clarence Reid, Shabazz The Disciple, Talib Kweli & Hi-Tek, Michael Wycoff, and Shyste Chronkyte.
