The Groove Therapy podcast is back with the first episode of the year, and already there are some great releases including a brand new one from the legendary Big Daddy Kane who gives us a taste of his 2015 flows. Joell Ortiz drops a huge Hip Hop number with Get Down, and I also play one of the better tracks from the new Mary J Blige album London Sessions. As always, there is plenty of disco classics, including a track off the recently Sean P compiled Rock It... Don't Stop it.
