Jazzaggression is a little mysterious Finnish recordlabel run by Fredrik Lavik. In 2007 he released a monster album by Webster Lewis recorded live at Club 7 in Norway. Since that release I was intrigued by the label, unfortunately I missed it, but I'm hoping for a repress one day... Fredrik gave me an exclusive track for this mix by High Risk, that will be released on the label later in 2019. It's always great to see a new release on the label, and this year I was amazed by the Erik Andresen Quartet and the second album by the Bird Curtis Quintet!
