We Jazz Records is a label based in Helsinki releasing cutting edge jazz music on vinyl + additional formats. The label is closely connected to the annual We Jazz Festival in Helsinki, Finland. I got in contact with Matti when I did the Mopo special https://www.mixcloud.com/DubbelDee/mojazz-227-mopocalypse/ and then a month ago I got a message on my phone saying that he was attending at the Jazz Brugge festival. So we briefly met there, and he said that he wanted to give me some music from the label for Mo'Jazz. My friend Vito https://www.mixcloud.com/vito-jay-giorgio/ is living in Helsinki, and he was about to visit me, so just before he came to Belgium, he visited the WE JAZZ office and got a nice pile of vinyl + awesome bag.
