By the 80’s his was presenting ‘Now You Has Jazz” for Harlow Hospital Radio, as well as setting up a modern jazz club at The Square One in Harlow. Tony moved to BBC Essex to present a weekly jazz chart for ‘Jazz First’ sponsored by City Sounds Records. Memorable interviews included Roy Ayers, Mark ‘Snowboy’ Cotsgrove, Johnny Lytle, Flora & Airto Moreira who visited the radio studios in Chelmsford. During the 90’s, Tony established ‘Virgo Vibes’, a mail order black music record business, travelled and searched the globe to find rare vinyl for clients all over the world.
