A theater technician from Rotterdam with a GREAT passion for music. I met him through Nevill Mitchell when they were doing a live radioshow ("For Lovers Only") for Operator. We started talking about music, and right away there was this click, that you have, when you know you are talking about the same feeling. So I invited him for this DD&F mix that was broadcasted on www.nessradio.com. Pie kicks it off with the sound of the sea, playing children and the soothing voice of Jon Lucien. Because of the guitar in that track, I thought that Terry Callier was a good answer... From there on it goes from Jazz to Funk to Soul and back to Jazz.
