A journey through the infectious bitter sweet moods of the unique Cape Town Jazz Sound of the 70/80's. Performed live in bars and clubs across the peninsula, it brought and continues to bring people together to dance and sing in celebration or remembrance. Basil Coetzee is not credited in the track list but he plays in several of the songs. 3's & 4's by Errol Dyers was recorded in 2003 but because it is an outstanding piece of contemplative jazz, that would not have been out of place on "Kind of Blue", it must be included here. Errol also plays in several of the other tracks.
