I've done this for the past two years and after some delay due to deliberation, throwing this on the back burner, and weeks of odd unnecessary waiting I'm sharing another yearly mix of songs that I listened to a bunch in the preceding year.
Don't worry about the title; it's not all new age yoga zone or really sullen or morbid, just some moody jams. The mix includes an Unwound song called Corpse Pose, not to mention that google image search yielded some pretty decent cover art source material. Anyway, I felt pretty damn refreshed after putting these songs together and, according to my sources, that is also pretty much how you're supposed to feel after doing Corpse Pose in yoga, so there's that.
Hope y'all like it. Feel free to pass it on if you know someone who might enjoy. Have a great rest of 2014.
