The Global Underground show 16 broadcast 21st May 2020

On this week's Global Underground show, ( Deal Radio Thursdays at 6 pm), I have two stunning live performances, book-ending the show, starting with Johnny Cash's live at Fulsom Prison, and ending with Manu Chao the energetic French-Spanish star. In between, we have the more measured sound of Kora and Cello with Ballake Sissoko and Vincent Segal, Algerian and Moroccan's leading stars Khaled and Oum, plus the Sudanese big band sound of Abdel Gadir Salim.

Forget being alert, just stay at home and take a trip to the sunny parts of the globe...
