OUR POETRY: The Music of Being Human explores and celebrates poetic voices in and around Deal. Kent and that village we call The World. This week it's an all-male show, listening to a wide range of poetic material produced by the male imagination. I've taken the liberty of featuring a couple of my poems, one a song, and one by my father. Other poets are Aidan Hehir, Barry Fentiman-Hall, Ron Ogilvie, Robert Marsh, Bill Lewis, James Cork, Jonny Jahlfrezi and Mark 'Scrumptious' Crump. It's quite a broad canvas, leaving me with the strong feeling I could explore the male and female poetic voices alternately, week by week, ad infinitum. We'll see.
