Description
Here's my show, celebrating my five years at the station, warts and all. The music was great, I was able to say most of what I wanted to say, but I was very bummed to hear how clipped out the talk mic was. Trying to figure that out.
This is the first one I think I’ve gotten choked up on. This volunteer station has become a part of my life, and a part of my family.
The station also served as the launching off point for all of my media and music endeavors. Rob Linton, the station manager, gave me a chance, supported me, listen to me, and has afforded me many opportunities to help and lend my own creative voice.
And I also want to thank my family, friends, and my colleagues for supporting me in this. It’s a sacrifice doing a volunteer show, and I appreciate everyone’s flexibility and support.
Finally, I want to thank the Rochester community. My first show was pretty darn bad on air, but you all have supported me through and through.
Now I’m almost halfway decent.
