I'm a mid-90's raver, started DJing in '97 & been in love with it ever since. From growing up listening to Motown, soul, funk, reggae, sega & disco, then getting into indie & grunge, before discovering dance music in college, then falling hard for jungle & D&B. First rave tune I heard was "Everybody In The Place" by The Prodigy. Music For The Jilted Generation became my lifeblood. I started buying music on the daily. Instead of buying books or food, I bought music. After leaving Uni, I continued to DJ & upgrade year on year, no matter what "job" I was doing to make money. Flirted with making beats & videos, got into remixing, producing & mashups. Been a lover of sampling ever since first making mixtapes, splicing TDK90s together. These days, I'm happiest with a sampler, my laptops, my various decks, a crate of sugar-free energy drinks & my music collection. Big love & mad respect to everyone on MixCloud.
