As part of the exchange project with the Anou cooperative, we spent 11 days at their studio in the Fes medina. Here, every day, aproximately at 7pm, we had mint tea and sweet pastry at the big table in the main hall, us residents together with the artisan team - a way to start the evening and wind down. On friday the 8th, we did five hours of live radio from the studio, and we concluded the broadcast with tea time on air, a way of celebrating our time together.
