Description
"the neighbourhood as a learning space” proposes a trip towards the beating hearts of our cities: the hood, der Kiez, el barrio.
In this show we dive into SprengelHaus, a community center in Sprengelkiez, Wedding. SprengelHaus serves as a hub where people and associations come together to share ideas, fulfill needs, and create connections. But it is also simply a place for people of all ages, genders, ethnicities, social backgrounds to meet, socialise, share and debate. Everything here is free or affordable, aiming to break down economic, ethnic, and social barriers that once made Sprengelkiez a site of tension.
