Barbed Wire is a series of pieces composed from barbed wire fence recordings
made while in the bushveld of the Limpopo province, South Africa in
2015. The recordings feature the sound of barbed wire being played by the wind
to haunting and musical effect, and in some cases some percussive sounds on the
barbed wire were added.
