Secret Communications #19 with Jokubas Bajorinas and Ilius 20.10.2020

In this episode we proudly present Jokubas Bajorinas, a Norway-based Lithuanian
selector, whose adventurous voyages explore the further reaches of minimal
synth, lo-fi, avant funk and post-punk. This time he presents a more atmospheric
selection and picks some fine jewels from his large vinyl collection. Here we
meet some kosmische explorers, lo-fi minstrels, cinematic synth painters, garage
experimentalists etc. all weaved into a wonderful sonic trip. A colorful
synthesis of moods, sounds and textures.


For the second hour, I selected some of my recent favorites - the timeless
spiritual pieces by Popol Vuh, late night chansonerie of Scott Walker, some
beautiful cuts by Faust and Neu! and few other wonderful tunes.
