Every year in late summer the 8th O.J.A.I. episode is dedicated to Brussels vibrant DIY scene, locally produced by artists and self-taught musicians in the capital of bureaucratic dreams. Half of the O.J.A.I. is based in Brussels, namely Gary Farrelly, O.J.A.I. Director for Infrastructural Heritage, Political Ideation and Strategic Planning.
