Growing up in a multicultural environment in Geneva, he studied in London from 96 to 99 before regular stays in Berlin and settling here in 2011.
Cobeia’s a music enthusiast and collector. Keen to explore an array of styles, he digs up gems that hold a sincere musical quality to him: music w/ instruments, synths, drum machines & a warm analog sound in a computer world.
In Geneva he's organized many electro-acoustic, rock, experimental, African and electronic music events, before grouping all into Ecoutes au vert (EAV) launched in 2006. EAV features a series of music events, a summer Festival and the guest mix series «Music For Indoors». In Berlin, EAV events are taking place since 2015 with plans for 2022.
