New York-based composer, performer and musicologist Annie Garlid sits down with
host Eve Essex to discuss her solo project UCC Harlo, as well as her research
projects tracing relationships between ASMR, field recordings, technology and
ecology. The conversation explores her transition from a classical violist to
electronic producer, including the genesis of her recent debut release as UCC

2019), where Garlid merges a range of genres, including experimental, club and
