This one was odd. I showed up at the studio with a vague plan to play some sunny and slightly manic Italo Disco. Spring & reproductive glands & all that. But then about 30 mins in, I got bored and started digging through old folders on my USB. Folders for early morning DJ sets. Folders full of half-forgotten tracks. So… the show took a pretty hard turn towards the gritty and the sweaty. In the first bar things were alright. But in this bar, things were Friday night. Well… spring is wild. I think I mispronounced every single artist name in this episode. The Frankie Knuckles Remix is still an absolut listen-on-repeat-an-dance-on-the-desk favorite.
