My guest Ana Kravanja has been playing improvised music for more than a decade is part of the Slovenian experimental scene.
After studies at the Art academy in Ljubljana she slowly transformed her artistic field from painting to space installations and to music.
She takes part in imaginary folk trio Širom, where she plays a myriad or classical, traditional and self-made instruments. She is also a part of trio Kačis and Olfamoštvo tentet.
She composes music for theatre plays, films, story telling and frequently collaborates with many Slovenian and foreign artists in the field of music, dance and visual art.
We were introduced to each other by the amazing artist and musician Kristin Gerwien.
