Reuben the Organizer, aka Reuben da Rocha, is a Brazilian electronic musician, sound poet, and anti-disciplinary artist working with samples, found sounds, field recordings, and pre-recorded vocals, mostly inspired by musique concrète, dub reggae, and spiritual jazz. Cosmic freedom, dreamlike states, and utopia are recurrent themes in his work. His output spans live performance, multimedia settings, free improvisation, radio art, text, and composition.
