INCLOSURE ACTS refers to the process of privatizing the collectively owned lands of Britain, a process that mirrored and informed the dispossession of Indigenous peoples in its colonies. Acts has a double meaning here, both legal and performative, and this program presents works that speak to land, class and the law through performance and sound.
