Working with left-field contemporary music and pop aesthetics, the sound of Elles The Doll is a blend of organic and electronic components that defy music genres and create a unique environment. Compositions feature unconventional rhythms, glitchy textures and hypnotic melodies creating an unconventional sonic realm. Borrowing elements from classical mythology, occult science and gender politics, Elles' work is focusing on imaginative and symbolic narratives. Her debut album Exuviae, explores themes of the trans body and transgenerational trauma.
