On the occasion of General Eisenhower's visit to his troops in Rwanda, the governor provided the native women with several dozen skirts and blouses to receive him.
The women decided to wear only skirts but assured that they would cover their breasts upon the general's arrival.
And that's how they waited for him: crowded on both sides of the road, wearing skirts, their breasts in the air and without the slightest hint of underwear.
And when Eisenhower's jeep appeared on the road. One after another, the women lifted the front of their loose skirts to, as they had promised, cover their breasts.
