Glyn Phillips presents an edition of WorldBeatUK called "Africa Calling", a mix of African, afrocentric and African-derived music. both new and old.

Expect to hear afrobeat, afrofunk and highlife from Ghana, Togo/Benin and the UK, as well as music from Ethiopia, Senegal, Mali and Congo.

There's also reggae from Canada and Martinique, samba suja from Brazil, afrocentric fusions from the UK and Louisiana, spiritual jazz from California and even some Japanese jazz-soul fusions too!
