This month I’m joined by an award winning duo whose debut album back in 2019 THIS IS BROKEN FOLK was named as one of Mojo magazines Top Ten Folk Albums of the Year, as was the follow up MISSING STAR. Their background of cabaret, musical theatre, jazz, and hip-hop is fused with a rigorous, academic understanding and seemingly never ending willingness to explore the history of folk music to create something that feels entirely fresh and unique.
