It’s the 25th episode of The Brum Picture Show! We thought we’d celebrate this momentous occasion by not mentioning the recently released Joker: Folie à Deux, not even in passing.
We will however be discussing our favourite Anti-heroes in films, the morally dubious protagonists of the big screen who we love to hate, or hate to love.
We’ll be discussing the psychology of why we’re enamoured by ethically questionable characters, and whether or not Despicable Me constitutes high art.
Alongside music from Raffertie, James Newton Howard, and Z-Berg, we’ll also be reviewing some new releases, including The Substance and the highly anticipated Megalopolis, so this episode is set to be megalolz!
