Screen Brum becomes Screen Europe, for a European Film special. Blake is joined in the studio by Professor Rob Stone of Birmingham University's Centre for Film Studies, to talk about what makes European cinema different and interesting.
Whilst playing some great tracks from great films, Rob and Blake discuss whether European directors are different, whether humour travels, the role of subtitles and how a great scene can elevate music.
