Random Acts of Kindness coming to you on Wednesdays from 9pm and Thursdays from midnight UK time!

This week's show is the "Running" show. This show will feature a range of songs, with run in the title or songs that are fast paced to inspire those running in this Sunday's Great Birmingham Run, with artists such as Carvalho, Fishbone, Earth, Wind & Fire and Sly and the Family Stone.

As usual the selection of tunes will range from jazz, latin, reggae funk, blues, rock, and soul.
