Random Acts of Kindness with Julian Powell. 'The Alphabet Show' (03/05/2021)

Mondays 10PM - with percussionist and musician Julian Powell. Random Acts of Kindness is about the theme rather than the genre. Music gives us so much, while wanting so little of us all and it is inclusive of us all. It is very kind like that, so this can be achieved through these random (musical) acts.

This week show theme is the “alphabet show”. The show will feature 26 songs from groups and artists from all over the world going in alphabetical order.

As usual there will be a selection of tunes in a range of styles such as jazz, latin, funk, rock, reggae and soul. This week’s artists include: Prince and the Revolution, Janelle Monae ft Erykah Badu, Donald Fagen, Ani DiFranco, Buena Vista Social Club
