Every Friday 2-3pm Sam ends the working week with a roundup of all the weeks worldly goings on and takes a look into the Birmingham based events happening over the weekend for you as well as chatting about this week’s happenings, before ending the show with "The Rewinder" a track picked from the past weeks charts from a year listeners chose.

As this is Sam's final show he bows out looking back at some of his favourite moments from his time presenting Friday Frequencies. He looks back at some of the favourite songs he played, some of his and his producers favourite features including the singing seal, camel beauty contests and his dog predicting winners of the world cup and ends with a highlight shuffle.
