Charlotte Faulconbridge
Charlotte Faulconbridge is an autistic and chronically ill prize-winning poet, published author, musician and TEDx speaker. Her debut book, Too High to Function, which is about her life on the autistic spectrum became an Amazon #1 bestseller in April and has been sold on every continent in over 20 countries. She became an ambassador for the mental health charity MIND earlier this year and was nominated for a BBC Make A Difference Award shortly afterwards.
