And also Mehdi Yavari who entered the writing scene in Brum after Uni just to give writing a go and see what could come out of it. But as he kept at it, something clicked. Writing became more than just a casual act and he found a passion for it. He has been writing consistently for the past three years and throughout this time he has tried to attend, perform, and share his work at as many open mic nights as possible.
