Description
Devjani Bodepudi is a British Indian writer based in Warwickshire. Her novel, MIRRORS was published by Holland House in 2019 and her debut poetry pamphlet, FOR THE DAUGHTERS CARRIED HERE ON THE HIPS OF THEIR MOTHERS (Fawn Press) won the Saboteur Award, 2023. Her children’s book PAPER BOATS is out with Parakeet Books. She is currently working on her debut full-length poetry collection. Scarlett Ward is a Midlands poet. Her debut collection 'Ache' was published with Verve Poetry Press in 2019 and she was shortlisted for Women's Poetry Prize 2022. She has run workshops for the BBC, Birmingham Hippodrome and the Derby poetry festival. Her press Fawn Press has won awards for best pamphlet and best small press.
