Description
One hundred days ago, everything changed.
After years of struggling with alcohol, damaged relationships, broken trust, and the consequences that led to a DUI, I finally accepted that alcohol was taking me somewhere I never wanted to go.
This special episode is a celebration of recovery, accountability, and hope. It is not a story of perfection, but of progress. Recovery has required honesty, daily commitment, rebuilding relationships, and learning from others who have walked this path before me.
I am grateful to Alcohol Free Lifestyle (AFL) and Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) for the support, guidance, and community that helped me reach this milestone.
The music in this episode reflects the struggle, the fight, and ultimately the freedom that comes with choosing a new direction.
If you’re facing a challenge that feels impossible today, keep going. Change is possible—one day at a time.
Thank you for listening.
