The 1988 "Crack War" was simulated perishable-food 'Canning War,' provided by pencil pushers (Bonesmen), courtesy of a 1920's depression, "civilized-economic decline. Crack-Not-Canning" created the IMF and international monetary policy. Pencil dicks traveled The USA weighing racehorses to predict the controlled market price of "depression horsemeat-hamburgers" to corn and beef, but forgot to add .3 to every Oz. of ground meat for burgers with cheese. The Jekyll Island Agreement needs to be revisited. The President of Rothschild & Co. was on the radio in CT during 1958 about it.
Imagine conducting canning ration audits with dates, food variety, special instructions (the green beans Aunt Gladys made from 1979 can give you diarrhea) in a massive underground tunnel, root cellar system in America. If you dispose of the food, what to you say to the US serfs on the land when they are starving again?
Imagine if Mexico was a real Country instead of a prolapsed butthole of American decadence?
