What an honour and privilege to collaborate with the incredible TheTwelveInch aka Pe Dupré, whose awesome sets and love for 70s/80s dance culture I’ve long admired. For this set we 'book-end' several decades of disco-inspired grooves: Pé opens with much loved nostalgic gems, then I (ATTRIK) take over from the 36-min mark with fresh, forward-thinking disco vibes.
In Pé’s words: "I love exploring the ’80s and early ’90s dance scene, but it’s fun to dip into other sounds. This marks the start of a brand-new series: The Double AA Side. We may be far from my usual stomping ground, but the connection’s still there as we dive into nu-disco. Expect back-to-back quality music and top-notch mixing (I’m talking about the ATTRIK part here 😉).”
