Ethereal female vocals drift above the opening of 111 haunting but controlled, drawing the listener inward before the groove takes hold.
A driving synth leads through moaning pads, deep ambient textures, and a steady bassline while Ryan Best gives every element room to breathe. The progression builds naturally, creating a hypnotic atmosphere without ever forcing the momentum.
The breakdown strips away the percussion as melodic fragments slowly rebuild the tension. When the groove returns, sharp chord stabs cut through the atmosphere like distant lights reflecting across wet pavement.
111 balances introspection with movement—a progressive house record made for long drives, late-night reflection, and those moments when thought and rhythm begin to dissolve into the same thing. Available here: https://www.beatport.com/release/111/7156078
