Nature is everything. We are one with nature. We are nourished from Mother Earth, we get energised by dancing with the wind, we get touched by moving with flying birds, we are awakened by freeze cold air, we are melting in the endless space of the Cosmos. Nature is our source, and dancing in nature gives us the basic harmony so that we can be healthy and happy in the times of the transformation. Nature is our anchor and source of Life.
