"It is a peculiarity of a man, that he can only live, by looking at the future. And this is his salvation in the most difficult moments." Says Victor Frankl while talking about his experiences from a concentration camp during a war. He also said: “If there is meaning in life at all, then there must be meaning in suffering.”
I incourage you. Take all your BODYPARTS - hands, knees and heads, take all inner body parts as emotions, thoughts and pain and move and dance it all. Don´t deny, if suffering will come, move it also.
This is an experimental mix. Check it in the whole wave.
