I'm honored to kick off this underground DJ mix series with Mixcloud. We are curating a mix-cast series with some of the worlds best underground Djs; storytellers. DJs that put a lot of thought & time into track selection & sequencing, ultimately a place to find mixes that you can tune into & let them take you on a journey through sound.
ACCESS UNDERGROUND 001 - Kellam
I was encouraged to kick off this new underground music channel with a mix of own that was recently recorded live in Thailand during a sunset session at W Retreat Koh Samui. This mix is a melodic deep-tech journey through sound and rhythm. It starts very ethereal and jumps right into a groove that has driving syncopated melodies that bounce along and a nice rise and fall throughout the mix.
