#LATENIGHTBIGNESS Ep #86 was a true, and maybe short-lived, partnership. PIROSKA joined me in the chat and the selections, before she selfishly buggers off to Manchester, to have #funtimes, leaving us to wallow in a pool of sadness left by a PIROSKA-sized absence hole.
She tried to go out in style. Pulling out her Questlove references, her 170bpm Ghanian afrobeat heaters, her breezy disco vinyls, her Milanese bombs, her cheery party beats, and a couple of deep electronic heaters.
Obviously, it's a competition, so I tried to go toe to toe. Just to show her who's boss, n'all. And that the old dog still has a few tricks.
